Race Brook Lodge is collaborating with Berkshire Corporate Retreats to help teams transform the way they interact, communicate and perform through powerfully facilitated, customized retreats. By combining fun activities with facilitated group discussions and workshops, we enable leaders and teams to regroup and refocus so they move forward from a position of strength, alignment and shared vision.

The best corporate retreats leverage time out of the office to look at challenges and opportunities from a more empowered point of view. They are a great way to open up dialog between team members and build trust and connection. Because distractions are minimized, there is a renewed energy and focus to set new and common company goals, initiate valuable training, and facilitate better communication.

We customize... An ‘off-the-shelf’ experience has little lasting impact. We work with you to integrate real - life scenarios, company values, and relevant exercises into your retreat itinerary. We move you forward... We use our many activities as catalysts for meaningful group discussions and facilitated working sessions. We make it fun... Go beyond the typical retreat and elevate your experience with unique activities. We make it easy... You tell us what you need and we get it done!

We also offer extended program options (such as executive coaching, leadership development & speaking) for your group to continue the process of trans- formation and growth even after the retreat has ended.

Pre-Program Consultation

Our team will create the perfect custom retreat experience for your group. We work with you to identify themes and desired outcomes; select learning com- ponents and fun activities; de- cide upon length, location, meals and budget.

The Retreat

During the retreat our meeting planner and will act as a ‘master of ceremonies’ and will be on- site to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Our facilitators will support your team on its journey, whether it be leading a hike or a communications work- shop. Facilitated group conver- sations, personal reflection time, and powerful working sessions will be integrated to help your team incorporate the insights and learnings into specific ac- tion plans.

Post-Program Follow-Up

Several weeks after the retreat, our facilitators will lead a group call with your team to maintain team momentum and sustain the team’s commitment to bringing the learning back to their work. Reviewing the learn- ing distinctions and sharing ear- ly wins, reconnects and solidi- fies accountabilities to action plans and helps accelerate the integration of the learning into the workplace.
