We hope you join us Thursday September 14th for Wes Buckley in the DCSC. His exploratory folk, underbilly, psych-folk sound is evolving and he loves to perform his tunes in various instrumentation-- solo, duo and with a group.
In 2015 Wes recorded a split single with Smithsonian Folkways, Rounder Records legend Michael Hurley with subsequent shows as a duo.
Wes is currently in a songwriting and activist group with Sarah Lee Guthrie called The Hoping Machine, they play shows and attend marches singing the classics with people.
