deposit policy

A deposit equal to 1 night’s stay is required to secure your reservation.

cancellation policy

• Summer & Holidays year round : 14 day cancellation policy prior to arrival
• Winter: 7 days prior to arrival
• For cancellations prior to the above cancellation period: Your deposit will be refunded less a $25 per room cancellation fee.
• For cancellations after the cutoff date: If we are able to re-rent the room, we wil refund your deposit less a $25 per room cancellation fee. If we cannot re-rent the room, you will be responsible for the balance of the charges associated with the reservation
