DEPOSITS, Cancellations & Refunds, Pets

  • Deposits: 

    • We generally take a deposit equal to the first-night stay plus tax to confirm a booking.

    • For some groups, wedding and special package bookings we ask for a 100% advance deposit at booking.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • If you cancel more than 7 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee. 

    • If you cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit (less $25 fee) only if we can re-book the room for the scheduled dates. If we do not re-book the room, you are responsible for the total amount of your booking.

  • Pets

    • Pets are allowed in all rooms except rooms 9, 10, 11, and 12.

    • Cats are allowed only in room 1.

    • Pet surcharge is $20 per pet, per day.
