A thunder clap rang off that mountain; and off that mountain a bird did go. Some call him a gray jay, some, a camp robber. Others know him to be the Whiskey Jack.
Just like that no-good scoundrel of a bird, the Whiskey Jack String Band will steal. Steal your ears, your attention, and if you get too close to the banjo player, make sure to check for your wallet after the show.
Hailing from the northwest hills of Connecticut, Whiskey Jack is an old-time trio playing traditional tunes and original compositions. Steeped in local lore and inspired by the beautiful Berkshire Mountains, the Whiskey Jack String Band won't disappoint those looking for a little bit of that hillbilly sound.
Whiskey Jack consists of Andy Lundeen (banjo), Molly Peterson (guitar/clarinet), and Ryan Williams (mandolin/guitar).
