The Yoga of Play: An introduction to Acroyoga
Would you like to enter a space where you are supported in mindful play? In the yoga of play, we bring the practice of yoga off your personal mat and into connection with others. Beginning with connecting and setting intention as a group, we come into our own bodies through a vinyasa warm up, and then begin to explore partner and acroyoga, which will include creative movement, trust building, counterbalancing, and weight sharing.
Through our exploration of the yoga of play, we will discover fun and easy ways to lift each other up both physically and spiritually.
