A Hungry Tongue is a literary performance and pop-up dinner hosted by chef Maren Casorio. Maren is a poet and the sous-chef at The Stagecoach Tavern.

The Stagecoach Tavern at Race Brook Lodge offers a seasonal menu with a focus on local ingredients from Chef Laurel Barkan.
