The Stagecoach Tavern at Race Brook Lodge is offering a variety of options for groups this spring season. Enjoy an unforgettable gathering in some of the Berkshires’ most relaxing dining rooms, with delicious meal prepared by Executive Chef Andrew Jalbert and the Stagecoach Tavern culinary team.

Stationary appetizer options:

  • Cheese and Charcuterie : select local cheeses and cured meats, apple mostarda, whole grain mustard, cornichon, fruit, baguette  (GF crackers available at additional charge)

  • Crostini: chevre, maitake, rosemary, thyme, olive oil

  • Crostini: whipped ricotta, sundried tomato, calabrian chili, pickled shallot, roasted garlic

  • Crostini: everything seasoning, smoked salmon, herb and caper cream cheese, pickled red onion, cucumber

MENU OPTIONS
PROTEINS

  • Roasted Chicken: preserved lemon, rosemary, garlic, olive oil

  • OR Mole Braised Brisket: sesame, guajillo chile, cilantro, cotija

  • OR Roasted Salmon: toasted sesame, green onion, lemon, miso butter

SALADS

  • Kale Caesar: pecorino, sourdough crouton, pickled red onion

  • OR House Salad: field greens, red onion, cucumber, balsamic vinaigrette

STARCH SIDES

  • Fingerling Potatoes: duck fat, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, roasted garlic

  • OR Wild Rice: lemon, parsley, garlic


VEGETABLE SIDES

  • Roasted Brassicas: brussels, cauliflower, broccolini, red pepper agrodolce, pecorino, breadcrumbs

  • OR Haricot Verts: white wine, butter, shallot, garlic

  • OR Butternut Squash: black pepper, honey, thyme, preserved lemon
