Greenberg World Fellows is Yale University’s signature global leadership development initiative and a core element of Yale’s ongoing commitment to internationalization. Each year, the University invites a group of exemplary mid-career professionals from a wide range of fields and countries for an intensive four-month period of academic enrichment and leadership training.

Members of the program went on retreat at Race Brook Lodge for the 4th year, making use of many of RBL’s great spaces for meeting, dining and revelry, including The Barn, Shays’ Lounge. The multicultural, inspirational and fun-loving entourage also enjoyed a hike to Race Falls and a dance party at The Race Mountain House.
